Greetings! I'm Rana Lowenthal, a mom of three and pelvic health physical therapist with a passion for empowering women through every phase of motherhood. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, infertility, or other pelvic health challenges, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I treat a variety of pelvic conditions including pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, incontinence, diastasis recti, painful intercourse, and scar tissue adhesions. I use a personalized, hands-on approach to care, focusing on each person's unique needs. Each session is a minimum of one hour and is fully conducted by me. During your session, you will be the only client I am working with, ensuring my complete attention and care. I received my doctorate in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2013. I have taken advanced coursework in pelvic floor therapy with the renowned Herman & Wallace pelvic rehabilitation institute and with Lynn Schulte at the Institute for Birth Healing. I am also a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Traditional Postpartum Doula.
