Dr. Sarah Casali received both her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology with a minor in nutrition, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons University in Boston, MA What She Treats: pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, urinary frequency, urinary urgency, fecal incontinence, constipation, prolapse, dyspareunia (painful sex), vaginismus, Breast Cancer-related dysfunction, pregnancy-related pain & dysfunction including diastasis recti (DRA), pubic symphysis pain, pelvic girdle pain, blocked milk ducts, painful sex postpartum. Sarah believes in using evidence-based treatment approaches and has taken many pelvic floor courses through Herman & Wallace. She is very passionate about treating the whole person, which is what fueled her love for Pilates. She was given extensive training through Club Pilates, which she uses regularly in her PT practice by blending the world of Pilates and functional movement with her pelvic health PT treatments. She is also a certified lymphedema therapist, and uses lymphatic techniques in her treatments as well as corrective exercise, myofascial release techniques, and visceral manipulation.
