Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in Biological Psychology from the College of Holy Cross, and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University and received her NYS Board Certification in 2014. She has worked as an outpatient physical therapist since graduation, and served as the Clinical Director of Cynergy Physical Therapy for 5 years. Sarah uses manual therapy and rehabilitative exercises to treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries, chronic autoimmune management, injury prevention, and pelvic health dysfunction. She has received functional manual training from the prestigious Institute of Physical Art, and pelvic health training from the APTA. She is also certified by the Schroth Barcelona Institute for the conservative management of scoliosis. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
