Sarah Kutz grew up in Mechanicsburg, PA and attended Saint Francis University for both undergraduate and graduate studies, where she was a member of the cross country and track and field teams. She continues to be passionate about running and enjoys training for road races ranging from the mile to the marathon. When she is not running, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to breweries, and exploring new places. Since graduating, she has been further specializing in the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction and has completed training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. She treats many pelvic floor conditions including pre/post partum, interstitial cystitis, diastasis recti (abdominal separation) following pregnancy, bladder pain syndrome, constipation, incontinence of urine and feces, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain including pain with intercourse, pain related to endometriosis, and pregnancy related pain. She is specialized in the treatment of the athlete with pelvic floor dysfunction.
