I’m passionate about pelvic health services for all individuals. I took my first pelvic floor course in 2016 and it changed the course of my career. I helped develop an Inpatient Continence Specialty Program at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals- Omaha Campus for individuals that had urinary or bowel issues secondary to a neurological insult such as a stroke. I then graduated from a 15 month women’s health residency program at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio in 2019. I am a board-certified women’s health specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists. I have a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification through Core Exercise Solutions. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of individuals across the life span for any of the following conditions/symptoms: urinary incontinence (stress, urge, OAB), fecal (stool) incontinence, pelvic pain (pain with intercourse, medical exams, testicular, scrotal or groin pain, coccyx pain, endometriosis), pelvic pain following gynecological cancers, endometriosis, constipation, and pregnancy and postpartum period for any musculoskeletal symptoms including: hip, back, sacroiliac, and pubic bone pain; diastasis recti; birthing positions and pushing mechanics for vaginal delivery; postpartum return to physical activity.
