Sonia began her career in public interest legal services, which drove her passion for creating safe spaces for individuals to be heard with compassion. A lifelong learner, she has worked as a yoga instructor, emergency medical technician, and health programming funder for Southeastern Pennsylvania. Sonia eventually decided to combine her loves of community-based service and healing through movement, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California. She specializes in the treatment of diagnoses relating to pelvic floor function, including rehab pre- and post-gender affirming surgery, diagnoses relating to persistent pelvic pain, and urinary and bowel function relating to Parkinson's Disease.
