Taylor Tattan, PT, DPT, CSCS
Monarch Training Systems
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Springfield College. I have a background in performance physical therapy, including clinical experience at EXOS, where I worked with athletes and active individuals to improve movement, strength, and overall performance. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which allows me to integrate advanced performance principles into my pelvic health care. I specialize in helping women recover from conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy-related low back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and vaginismus, while safely returning to a high level of activity. I have completed training from the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute in Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Pelvic Level 1, as well as PRI Myokinematic Restoration, which informs how I tailor care to each individual. I love working closely with patients, helping them feel strong, confident, and back in control of their bodies so they can return to the activities they love.
