Indiana Total Therapy

Teresa is a physical therapist at the Indiana Regional Medical Center, Indiana, PA where the organization recently expanded their pelvic health program to serve the needs of females with urinary incontinence, urgency, bowel dysfunctions, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain. Teresa graduated from Temple University in 1985 and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chatham College in 2005. She is also a certified Anjali Yoga instructor and recently completed training in Pelvic PT at the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute in 2018-2019.
